What forms of payment are accepted?

All forms of credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

When can I start using my membership?

Your membership is effective immediately!

How do I schedule my preventive care?

Simply call our office and set up an appointment for yourself or your family members.!

How can I use my Member Exclusive discount for restorative, elective or cosmetic treatment?

Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us you’re a member. When you arrive, we’ll make sure your membership is “current” and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees.

How do I know if I need Perio membership?

If you’re a current patient, please contact us to confirm you’re on Perio Maintenance. If you are a new patient, we will make a recommendation after your initial exam.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

It will be your responsibility to reschedule. Please see our office policy regarding no-shows and last minute cancellations.

Can I add members to my account?

Absolutely! Your entire family can join.

Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?

Your club membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable. If you move to another area, you may cancel your membership at any time.

How can I check on the status of my account?

Login to your Member Portal and look under Account Members. You’ll see the status of each member above his/her name.

Can I change or update my billing information?

Yes! Simply login to your Member Portal and click “Edit Your Payment Method”.

How do I cancel my membership?

Login to your Member Portal and click the “Remove” button for each member you’d like to cancel.

If I cancel, can I get a refund on my membership?

No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.

How much do I pay to sign up for my club membership?

You’ll pay only the Lifetime Activation fee to join. This fee includes your first month’s membership dues.

Can I prepay my membership fees?

Memberships are currently month-to-month only.

What information is required for me to sign up for my club membership?

An email address for receipts, credit or debit card, full name, address, phone and date of birth.

Dr. Jonathan Zsambeky

Raised in Pfafftown, NC, Dr. Zsambeky received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He continued his education at the UNC School of Dentistry and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Extending his education at the Dawson Academy of Advanced Dental Studies, Dr. Zsambeky fulfilled the professional requirements for certification and achieved his aspiration to provide his patients with the most current and effective treatment. As of April 2018, Dr. Zsambeky is qualified to treat obstructive airway issues and other sleep disorders. When it comes to his community involvement, Dr. Zsambeky has served as the co-chairman of Give Kids a Smile for Cabarrus County, a Deputy Examiner for the North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners, and an Examiner for the Council of Interstate Testing Agencies. He is also the State Director for Freedom Day USA.

Dr. Alanna Chi

Originally from Jacksonville, FL, Dr. Chi graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s in Biological Science in 2006, followed by earning her DMD from Nova Southeastern University in 2011. She furthered her education by completing her General Practice Residency Program at Yale-New Haven Hospital, receiving comprehensive training across dental specialties, including treating medically complex and special healthcare needs patients.

As a highly regarded full-time associate general dentist, Dr. Chi has garnered multiple awards for academic excellence, including induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Her leadership skills were showcased as the President of the New Haven Dental Association. Relocating to the Charlotte area in 2015, she remains dedicated to delivering top-tier care to her patients.

Dr. Jessica Joy

Dr. Joy, originally from Charlotte, NC, graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Biology, along with minors in Chemistry and Medical Anthropology. She then earned her DDS at UNC Adams School of Dentistry. Her diverse training in hospitals, communities, and organizations influences her approach to care.

Recognizing the oral hygiene needs of pediatric oncology patients at UNC Hospitals, she founded the Tooth Fairy Project. She has also provided care for recovering substance abuse patients at the Wakebrook Clinic and volunteered at various clinics. Dr. Joy coordinated the NC Missions of Mercy clinic during dental school and held a role on the executive committee for the American Association of Public Health Dentistry.
